The Production Houses...

Film is a medium in story telling. It is something which gives the audience pleasure , information as well as entertainment. There are lot of films which are based on true life incidents , fiction , tragedy , comedy , etc . Film keep on evolving according to the changes in generation. Production of a film is not an easy process as it takes a lot of time,money and other requirements. 

In this article I would like to share my views on the production of cinema\motion picture.

Production houses are the backbone of the Film Industry. Without production houses a film will never be born. the production houses wants to tell plenty of history that they had endured during production. The freedom to craft creative cinema comes from film making, that is not bound by visual or geographical barriers. '8th Wonder Productions' was the epicenter for complete production services in India.They are the multi-dimensional Line Production Company for films,documentaries,Television ads and events,that represents the India.Based in Bollywood city, Mumbai,they specialize in Film production,making of documentaries,ads,line production etc...

UTV Motion Pictures is a film unit of UTV Software Communications, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. Its one of the leading film studios in India. The Studio's activities span across creative development,production,marketing,distribution,licensing,merchandising and syndication of films in India and worldwide.The above two production houses are successfully running companies today. as I told that the production houses are the backbone of producing a film,it has two sides like a coin. One side is positive and the other is negative. In my view positive side of production units are; they can easily earn money and also invest in the Industry. The negative side I had found out is that if not careful it can create huge losses for the investor. That is, when I produce a film like 'Samrajyam II, it can create huge losses for me.

Film Companies are also used to develop and package screenplays for capital investment, or as the entity, actually hiring the team of below the line talent to physically make such films. Developing screenplays means attaching actors, directors and key department heads. The below the line talent are the union employees in different departments that build sets,run the camera or do effects. Regardless of what our production company will do, each type of production company relies on the other types to ultimately create and produce anyone film.

So basically production houses can be considered as the backbone of the industry.There are much history in such companies.
